Special wine

Not all wine is made from grapes: Sake, Cider. You can use any kind of fruit juice or experiment by fermenting other types of food/fruit. Not all wine is fermented in the same way: Port & Sherry. And some wines are fermented twice: sparking wines. Others are fortified with alcohol: Pineau. This is a list of some of the more popular ones.
